Welcome to our Sustainable Project in the Mountains near Tayrona Park

Hello! We are Stacy & Henri, a French couple living in Colombia. We invite you to discover our way of life, a tasty mix of Colombian and Western cultures.

Our aim is to preserve/reforest the jungle by welcoming guests and introducing them our coffee/cacao farm, our alternative lifestyle, and give them opportunity to connect authentically with locals.

Henri, the founder of La Merecida, will be delighted to share the story of the project with you, while Stacy will offer yoga sessions to explore your inner self. We’ll ensure you have a great stay and unforgettable moments.

MORNING

At 7:30 am : Arrival at ” Trompito Alto Malla Verde “

Walk to the river (“Rio”) and take a motorcycle-taxi to the “Panadero” or
the “Parqueadero por los motos despues la casa de Joel” (cost not included, approximately 20.000 to 25.000 COP/person). From there, Stacy or Henri will guide you on a 35min hike through the heart of the jungle to reach the mountain refuge.

At 9 am : Energized yourself with an healthy breakfast

Enjoy a delicious breakfast after a good hike ! Choose between a sweet or savoury breakfast such as : eggs, fresh fruits, cereals, avocados, french toast, yogur, etc. (depending of our stocks) . Moreover, a fresh juice and one hot drink is included (coffee, tea, chocolate milk).

Presentation of the project with Henri, the founder of La Merecida or Stacy, his partner, and discovery of the surroundings of the mountain refuge.

Explore your body through movement and soothe your mind with conscious breathing. rocked by the whisper of the waterfall and the song of the river. Relax your muscles and release accumulated tension in this unique natural setting.

Take time to explore the surroundings of the nature reserve and admire the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy the platform with its hanging net in the heart of the jungle, dive into natural river pools or relax in a hammock with a good book.
